Flow Cytometry
The platform offers flow cytometry services to Copenhagen's research community, providing access to cutting-edge instruments, education, training, and support for experimental design, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
The goal of the Flow Cytometry Platform is to provide an excellent and complete flow cytometry service (from experimental design to education and instrument training, to data analysis and troubleshooting) to all groups at reNEW and the NNF Center for Protein Research, and its affiliates, and offer open access to state-of-the-art equipment and software.

- Access to the greater flow cytometry community in Copenhagen and the world
After the initial consultation with the platform manager, users are required to attend a 2 part “Introduction to Flow Cytometry” seminar that is held monthly. Training on the instruments in the lab then follow. Access is given to the instruments via PPMS after the training.

- BD FACSDiscover S8 full spectrum + image sorting
Analyzer
- Cytek Biosciences Aurora full spectrum analyzer (488nm, 405nm, 355nm, 640nm, 561nm + analysis from plates)
To book sort or analysis time with the flow cytometry specialist (Gelo), please look through the linked calendar below for available time slots and fill up the Service Request Form linked below the calendar.
This calendar reflects both the specialist's availability and the instrument's availability, so holidays/vacations can affect available times. The Service Request Form is checked Mondays and Thursdays, so if there is an urgent request (within 48 hours), please fill up the form and send me an email about your request.
If your desired time slots are not available on the calendar, please still fill up the form and send it in. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request(s), however, we will do our best to find an alternative time that will work.
